1. To consider the proposal of approval of un-audited financial results for the Quarter & Half Year ended September 30, 2014.
2. To consider the proposal for approval of assets and liabilities statement for half year ended September 30, 2014.
3. To discuss on Preferential issue of Equity shares/ Warrants towards raising of additional capital to the extent of Rs. 25 Crores by the Company pursuant to Section 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009. |
