| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. The unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015,
2. To consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16,
3. To decide on the Record Date if any.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees as defined in the Code from 4 pm on January 29, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the third quarter financial results are made public on February 09, 2016. |
