| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the acquisition of Vivos Professional Services, LLC, a New Jersey corporation by way of purchasing 100% of shares by Kellton Tech, hic, its wholly owned subsidiary. This acquisition will enable Kellton Tech to expand in the growing Health and Life Sciences Services segment in the US markets. Some of Vivos key customers include Alcon, Covance, ETrade, Emergent Bio-solutions, etc. While the said acquisition is going on, Kellton Tech has dis-invested 100% of stake held by the Company in MCS Global, Inc., existing subsidiary Company for various strategic reasons. |
