The scrutinizer has submitted her consolidated report on 23rd March, 2017. On the basis of the report submitted by the scrutinizer, the Company hereby declares that the aforementioned resolutions have been passed with requisite majority.We are enclosing herewith the voting results of the Postal Ballot including e-voting on the basis of the report submitted by the scrutinizer and consolidated report of the scrutinizer. |
