1. The Un - Audited Financial Results along with Limited review report submitted by Statutory Auditor for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015 pursuant to clause 41 of Listing Agreement.
2. To fix day, date, time and venue of 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and approve notice for the same.
3. To fix date of Book Closure pursuant to Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement.
4. To fix the cut -off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for e-voting and to fix the commencement and closing date for e-voting. |
