1. Recommended interalia the ratification of the remuneration of Cost Auditor for the financial year 2015-16 to shareholders approval.
2. Recommended interalia the appointment of Mr. N Velappan as Manager of the Company under the Companies Act, 2013 for shareholders approval.
3. Recommended interalia the appointment of Mr. R. Surendran as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years for shareholders approval. |
