| Exchange Disseminated Time | Luharuka Media & Infra Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2016, inter alia, to transact following business:
1. To approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2015.
2. To Consider and Sign the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchange as per SEBI Listing Regulations 2015.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results. Hence all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
