| Exchange Disseminated Time | Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOS Compensation Committee has vide its circular resolution dated March 24, 2014 allotted 3,12,550 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).
Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,31,96,31,761 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 33,196,317,610. |
