| Exchange Disseminated Time | | NESCO Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2006, have recommended a sum of Rs 35,210,360 be capitalized out of general reserve and set free for distribution amongst the equity shareholders by issue of 3,521,036 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of credited as fully paid to the equity shareholders in the proportion of 1 equity share for every 1 equity shares held and that such new shares, as and when issued and fully paid, shall rank pari passu with the existing shares, subject to necessary provisions & approvals. |
