Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Integra Garments and Textiles Limited, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said code will be closed from May 16, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
