| Exchange Disseminated Time 23/01/2017 18:31:28 | With reference to the earlier letter dated January 14, 2017, Nitin Alloys Global Ltd has now informed BSE that the next Meeting scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. has been postponed to February 04, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. due to unavoidable circumstances.
The Board Meeting is now scheduled to be held on February 04, 2017 at 3.00 p.m.. inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016
2. Resignation of Director Mr. Deven Madhusudan Doshi.
3. Issue and allotment of equity shares pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement between Nitin Castings Private Limited ('NCPL') (now known as Rajshila Construction Private Limited) and Nitin Alloys Global Limited ("NAGL") (now known as Nitin Castings Limited) and their respective shareholders to the members of NCPL as on the Record Date being fixed as February 4. 2017.
Further, inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from February 03, 2017 till the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2016 and 48 hours thereafter for all the employees / directors of the Company in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992. |
