Natco Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. The Board also recommended payment of an interim dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year
2013-2014.

2. Mr. Vivek Chhacchi, Nominee Director of CX Securities Ltd. and Mr. D. G. Prasad, Independent Director inducted as Additional Directors. Mr. Nitin Jagannath Deshmukh resigned as a Director due to his personal preoccupation.
