| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the aforesaid purposes with effect from February 08, 2016 for all the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company. The trading windows shall so remain closed until 48 hours after the date of publication of the unaudited financial results. |
