1. To appoint Ms. Bhavna Pandya, Chartered Accountant as a Scrutinizer for conducting the process of E-voting;
2. Approval of Secretarial Audit Report received from Mr. Anurag Fatehpuria, Practicing Company Secretary in Form MR-3 in accordance with Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the same will be annexed to the Directors Report.
