| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/08/2016 16:44:50 | Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 12, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approve the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2016 of the Financial Year 2016-17.
Further inform that a meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid quarterly financial results.
Further, pursuant to Company's "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Company's equity shares for Designated Persons from August 31, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2016 of the Financial Year 2016-17. |
