| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following business:
1. Approved allotment of 4555555 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 5/- each upon conversion of Warrants, pursuant to the lifting of the stay of Hon'ble Gujarat High Court in the matter and forfeiture of 4944445 partly paid up warrants.
2. Taken on record the resignation of Mr. D Mohanty as Nominee Director of the Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India and the Board decided to seek legal opinion to take necessary action in case of his replacement by SUUTI, in view of the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai.
3. Recommended the appointment of M/s. Mahendra Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as new Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2007-2008 in place of M/s H V Vasa & Company, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad. |
