| Exchange Disseminated Time | BLB Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014 interalia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) from November 01, 2014 till November 15, 2014 i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). |
