| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 28, 2006, inter alia, have also accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2006 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2006 along with Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. F C Singhal & Mr. U C Agarwal, as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s Mehra Goel & Company., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
