Shri. N K Bafna's appointment as a Director is considered as Non-Executive Independent Director.
Further the Company has informed that, Shri. N K Bafna has also been appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee, Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors, effective from the said date (May 15, 2008, onwards). |
