| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on March 25, 2013, Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said announcement, the ‘Relevant Date’ is mentioned as "February 23, 2013" instead of "February 22, 2013" in item 2 of the Special Business relating to preferential allotment and in its corresponding Explanatory Statement.
In this regard, the Company has submitted BSE a copy of the "Corrigendum to the Notice" published in the newspapers on March 02, 2013. |
