| Exchange Disseminated Time | Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following items :
1. Resignation of Mr. Venkat Radhakrishnan
Mr. Venkat Radhakrishnan being a non-resident Indian is unable to involve in the activities of the Company and to attend the Board Meetings. He had expressed his desire to step down as an Independent Director. Accordingly, the Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Venkat Radhakrishnan as an Independent Director with immediate effect.
2. Appointment of Mr. R Viswanathan
To broad base the existing Board, the appointment of Mr. R Viswanathan as an Additional Director - Independent Director, with effect from May 12, 2015 for a period of three years, was approved by the Board. |
