| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jai Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2014, has recommended :
1. A dividend of Re. 0.01 per share on 76,74,900 preference shares of face value Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2013-14.
2. A dividend of Re. 0.50 per share in 4,81,67,010 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each . The Promoters have irrevocably waived their entitlement to dividend on 13,02,82,400 equity shares held by them for the financial year 2013-14. No dividend has been declared on 44,600 equity shares forfeited but not cancelled. |
