| Exchange Disseminated Time | Signet Fincom Ltd has informed BSE that the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on September 30, 2005, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To receive, consider & adopt the audited Balance Sheet as at and the Profit and Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2005 along with schedules appended thereto, and the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. To consider appointment of Mr. Saurabh Sangla who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for Re-appointment.
3. To appoint Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. To appoint Mr. Pankaj Kalani who was appointed as an Additional Director, as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
