| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/05/2017 14:11:58 | | Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2017, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 65% (Rs. 1.30/-) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2016-17 subject to the approval of shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company will inform in due course the date on which the Company will hold Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2017 and the date from which dividend will be paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched to the shareholders. |
