| Exchange Disseminated Time | Overseas Synthetics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following;
1. The existing "Shareholders and Investor’s Grievance committee" of the Company as constituted under clause 49 IV (G) (iii) of the Listing Agreement should be treated as "Stakeholders Relationship Committee" as far as compliance under section 178(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 is concerned.
2. Mr. Rohit H. Patel, Managing Director and Mr. Yogesh Parmar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company have been appointed as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company pursuant to the provision of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. |
