1. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Anushanethri V. as KMP designated as "Company Secretary and Compliance Officer" (Based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee).
2. Board also considered and approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Rohini Kalyani as a Managing Director of the Company for the period of five years commencing from January 29, 2015 (Based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee). |
