Sub : Implementation of Ind-AS - Submission of financial results for Quarter 2 (Q2).
Ref : Circular No.CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 05.07.2016.
This is to inform you that the mandatory implementation Ind-AS by the company starts from April 01, 2017 i.e. financial year 2017-18, and the company is availing the relaxation for submitting the Q2 financial results in compliance with the provisions of above cited circular.
Accordingly, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for consideration of Q2 financial results will take place on or before December 14, 2017.
