    Hydro S & S Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have received a letter dated July 02, 2013 from Mr. Murali Venkatraman representing the members of the Promoter Group intimating about the closing and to carry out all other actions under the Share Purchase Agreement entered into by them with M/s. Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd., Guangzhou, China for sale of their entire stake in the Company and requested the Company to convene Board Meeting for this purpose.

    Further the Company has informed that, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on July 03, 2013.
