| Exchange Disseminated Time | Munoth Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2005, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as on March 31, 2005 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Report of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Manish Mardia, as an Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s Kumbhat & Co, Chartered Accountants, as an Auditor of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this AGM till the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. |
