Further, pursuant to the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the internal code for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of Infomedia Press Limited by designate employees, shall remain closed from January 06, 2015 to the closing business hours on January 15, 2015 on account of disclosure of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2014. |
