Further, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Trading by Insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 trading Window shall be closed from May 20, 2016 till 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Result for the 4th quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016 and its submission to the Stock Exchange for all the designated persons or class of designated person as defined under the code/ Regulation. |
