1. Decided to extend the tenure of Mr. N. Dharmaraj, Whole Time Director of the Company from January 01, 2016 to September 30, 2016, subject to the approval of the members of the Company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
2. Appointed Mr. V. Venugopal as Manager of the Company for 3 years from August 14, 2015 to August 13, 2018, subject to the approval of the members of the Company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
