Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 10th November, 2017, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2017.
Further, in compliance with the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from 03rd November, 2017 to 14th November, 2017 (both days inclusive), in connection with the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2017, for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
