| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Brooks Laboratories Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Asian Age on December 03, 2014 titled "SEBI Passes order against 8 firms"
Brooks Laboratories Ltd replied stating, "We would like to inform you that it is a matter of record that SEBI had passed an Ad Interim Ex-Parte Order against the Company on December 28, 2011. Subsequently, SEBI passed a Confirmatory Order in this regard on July 09, 2013. Apart from the aforesaid Orders, no other Order has been passed against the Company by SEBI.
We would like to submit that this is not a new development as the aforesaid Orders were passed some time ago and the information is already in public domain." |
