| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2009 to September 16, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the following:
1. 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 16, 2009.
2. Determining the entitlement of rights equity shares in the ratio of 1 (one) equity share for every 1 (one) equity share held.
Further the Company has decided to fix the rights issue price at Rs. 15/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs. 5/- per share). |
