| Exchange Disseminated Time | Honeywell Automation India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Vimal Kapur, Managing Director has accepted a new position in Honeywell as Vice-President - Global Marketing and Strategy, Honeywell Process Solutions and will be based in Bracknell, UK.
Pursuant to this new position, he is resigning from the post of Managing Director of the Company with effect from March 01, 2010.
The Directors have passed a circular resolution appointing Mr. Anant Maheshwari as the
Managing Director, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual
General Meeting. |
