| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have passed the following resolutions:
1. Alteration of the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association, approved by the Shareholders with the requisite majority.
2. Alteration of the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association, approved by the Shareholders with the requisite majority.
However, the below mentioned resolution have not approved by the Shareholders with the requisite majority.
