| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/10/2016 13:14:56 | With reference to the earlier letter dated October 29, 2016, wherein the Company have informed the date of Board Meeting of the Company, to be held on November 10, 2016, to consider and take on records the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016.
In this connection, Minda Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers/ designated employees of the company from October 31, 2016 and would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours of the public announcement of the results on November 10, 2016.
The communication had already been circulated to all the Directors/Officers / designated employees of the Company in this regard. |
