With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 15, 2009 regarding Board to consider Final Dividend, Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has now informed BSE that the notice of Board Meeting which is going to be held on June 23, 2009 has been revised. The revised notice should be read as under :

"The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 23, 2009 for Consideration of the Interim and Final Dividend for the financial year 2008-09 and the same will be recommended in the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the F.Y. 2008-09."
