| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/10/2015 18:23:31 | With reference to earlier announcement dated October 20, 2015, Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that, pursuant to the Business Purchase Agreement (BPA) dated June 30, 2015, the purchase of "Birla Textile Mills" (BTM), from M/s. Chambal Fertilizers And Chemicals Limited, was completed on September 30, 2015 in all respects. As per the BPA, the purchase of BTM by the Company is effective from April 01, 2015.
Therefore, at the forthcoming meeting of the Board on November 03, 2015 to consider Un-audited Quarterly Results for Quarter / Half year ended September 30, 2015, the Board shall, in addition, also consider and approve, the re-cast Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Q-1, that is quarter ended June 30, 2015 (after inclusion / integration of BTM Results for that period). |
