| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sentinel Tea and Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the following resolution, with requisite majority:
1. Appointment of Mr. Abraham Itty Ipe, as Manager for a period of 3 years, with effect from January 18, 2011 on remuneration, terms & conditions.
2. Change in Name of the Company from 'Sentinel Tea and Exports Ltd' to 'STEL Holding Ltd' and consequential amendment in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
