2. To place and take on record the consent letter of Smt. Shanta Somani for appointment of Additional Director in the Company.
3. To appoint Mr. Darsh Mehta as Compliance Officer of the Company.
4. To consider Change in position of Ashok Somani from the designation of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and appoint him as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
