| Exchange Disseminated Time | Pan India Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received the resignation letter from Mr. Kapil Kumar dated October 03, 2013.
Mr. Kapil Kumar requested the Board to relieve him from the responsibilities of the Director of the Company. Further the Company has informed that, the same has been placed before the Board in its meeting dated October 03, 2013 for recording the same and Board has approved & accepted the above mentioned resignation.
Further it is submitted that Mr. O. P. Pathak has been appointed as the Director of the Company w.e.f. October 03, 2013. |
