The Board of Directors has appointed Shri. Mr. T Murugan, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer not later than the close of business hours on September 05, 2011. The Chairman of the Board and in his absence, any person authorized by the Chairman will announce the result of the postal ballot on September 08, 2011.
