| Exchange Disseminated Time | Neelamalai Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 04, 2014 to September 10, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 10, 2014.
Further, in terms of Section 108 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 that the Company is offering e-voting facility to the shareholders to exercise their right to vote by electronic means for the business that may be transacted at the 71st Annual General Meeting to be held on September 10, 2014, through e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL).
The Voting period through electronic means begins on September 03, 2014 (Wednesday) (9.00 am) and ends on September 05, 2014 (Friday) (6.00 pm). During this period shareholders of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on cut-off date, i.e., July 18,2014, may cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter and the shareholders will not be able to cast their vote beyond the date and time mentioned above. |
