Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our letter dated October 31, 2017, this is to inform you that Ms. Nidhi Bisaria (Membership No. FCS-5634) has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from November 23, 2017. The brief profile of Ms. Bisaria is as under:
Ms. Nidhi Bisaria is commerce and law graduate. She holds fellow membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 14 years of experience in handling corporate secretarial and compliance functions. Prior to this assignment she has worked with various Dalmia Group companies.
Further, pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ms. Nidhi Bisaria shall also act as the Compliance officer of the Company with effect from the date of her appointment.
