| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kanani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 15, 2008, inter alia, have decided the following:
1. The Authorised Share Capital of the Company has been extended upto limit of Rs 15.00 Crores and relevant Capital Clause and Article in Memorandum and Articles of Association has been altered respectively.
2. Mr. Harshil Kanani has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 2008.
3. Mr. Vinubhai Kanani has been appointed as an Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 2008. |
