| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to Disclosure under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI's Circular dated May 11,2015, Speciality Restaurants Ltd has informed BSE about the following:
1.The Company has formulated and adopted the "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" pursuant to the above Regulations. As required, the said Code has also been put up on the Company's Website.
2.The Company has also adopted the "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" pursuant to the above Regulations. |
