A K Jatia and Shri. S K Bansal (Non-Executive Directors) and Shri. V K Beswal (Non-Executive Independent Director) to ascertain the need to reorganize structure relating to wholly owned subsidiary with respect to the Company and to evaluate various alternatives therefore and make appropriate recommendations in due course to the Board of Directors, for which purpose the Board may meet again to consider the recommendations of the Committee.
