| Exchange Disseminated Time | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the following:
1. audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
2. un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, as per "Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" the trading window of the Company has been closed from December 22, 2014 to January 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for publication of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014. The same has already been informed to the Directors, persons belonging to the Promoter Group and designated employees of the Company. |
